A four-course dinner featuring delightful food and wine inspired by distinct Italian towns for $49.99 per person (plus sales tax and gratuity) – that’s a SWEET deal!!
Executive Chef Will Wadsworth elebrating Italian regional dishes paired with an incredible variety of Italian wines from Prosecco and Pinot Grigio to rich, super Tuscan red blends. Without further adieu, I present to you the Italian experience through the lenses of the brilliant The Bokeh Studio.
First Course: Trio of Crostini with Olive Tapenade, Fresh Tomato and Lobster paired with La Marca Prosecco, DOC Veneto, Italy.
Second Course: Butternut Squash Tortellaci with Maine Lobster, Brown Butter, Sage and Smoked Bacon paired with Da Vinci Pinot Grigio, delle Venezie, Italy
Third Course: Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Cannellini Beans, Spinach, Tomato and Basil Aioli paired with Brancaia “Tre” Red Blend, Tuscany, Italy.
Fourth Course: Almond Cake with Almond Brittle and Mocha Anglaise paired with Italian Espresso Martini featuring New Amsterdam Vodka.
